At the social administration, within care and support, we work based on full-time as the norm. We are now looking for you who are a care assistant and want to join our team! We work with more regular employees in the planning to cover each other's absences. This means that you work within a collaborative area and not just at one workplace. The purpose is also to increase continuity for users with a more person-centered elderly care. Here you work with colleagues who have good experience and competence from care and support work.

At Centrums Home Care, we work together and help each other across boundaries when needed. To assist you in your work, there are several professions, such as unit manager, team coordinator, care assistant, nursing assistant, aide, nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. Our focus is on doing what is best for the user to feel safe in their home.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work in the user's own home and provide care, support, and services according to approved assistance. You work from a rehabilitative perspective with an emphasis on dignity and well-being for the user. You will utilize and stimulate the individual's resources and perform healthcare tasks after delegation from a nurse. Here you work with colleagues who have good experience and competence from care and support work.

In home care, you will also meet team coordinators who plan the work with you to ensure the quality of care and support work for the user.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained care assistant (and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of the right to use the protected professional title). If you are applying for a position as a nursing assistant, the requirement is that you have a nursing assistant education (equivalent to 800 points) and have passed Swedish 1. If you do not meet the educational requirement for nursing assistants, it may instead be relevant to consider an employment as an aide.

You need to have good computer skills to work in our operational systems. We are looking for employees who are interested in creating and maintaining an operation where we work based on our users' health and living conditions. You are genuinely interested in meeting people in need of care and support.

Being able to cycle is a requirement for the position as we primarily use bicycles to get around in our work. A B driver's license is also a requirement.
